The song, Lorelei, by The Pogues, was stuck in my head one evening while painting and this piece was born as I imagined the cool calm of a peaceful stream. Original landscape is painted with handcrafted gemstone and mineral watercolors on 100% cotton hand-deckled paper. Signed by the artist. Housed between glass in a hand-soldered frame of copper and tied with a vintage ribbon. Artwork is approximately 1.5 x 1.5”. Frame is approximately 2 x 2”.
